Utilizing Software Definable Radio technology, a FatNode is capable of cutting through the most saturated of RF environments while delivering exceptional distance and throughput.
This technology does not require expensive “hard to use” network management systems. Because the FatNodes create a fully distributed network, every FatNode includes an easy to use router management system allowing any user to install a FatNode within minutes and support the entire network from a laptop. Centralized management servers and software are not required. Configurations and settings are easily defined and maintained without the need for RF engineers or IT specialists.
Provides:
- the easiest to deploy wireless router on the market today.
- network management software per FatNode, located on any PC or laptop with connectiivity.
- software definable radios, allowing for easy configuration, on the fly, allowing the user to determine the Quality of Service (QoS).
- configuration back up for easy and quick replacement.
- the user with adjustable frequency and power settings to optimally set the FatNode for the environment.
- one of the lowest price performance points (50% the cost of comparable routers) in the market.
