Allan M. Edwards – Chairman
Mr. Edwards has over 30 years of results-focused responsibility. A proven business development and networking expert, he is extremely accomplished at finding deals, building companies, and raising capital. He is a highly experienced hands-on leader with excellent managerial skills. He is the former Chairman and Executive Chairman of a leading specialty jewelry retailer with $500 million in annual sales, over 4,800 employees, and 480 retail units. He is the former President of a merchant bank that controls seven companies in various industries with combined revenue in excess of $1 billion. Internationally, Mr. Edwards is the Director of Albermarle & Bond Holdings PLC a leading financial services company in the U.K. He is also the Chairman of FGP, Limited.

Harry M. Timmons – President
Mr. Timmons has over 25 years experience in business development, marketing, and financing. Early in his career he successfully formed a real estate growth acquisition development group for single family homes, apartments, condominiums, and golf courses. He established one of the first embryonic marketing businesses for a hazard waste landfill and environmental remediation company, eventually becoming President of Crimson Construction. He and his partners founded Noble House of Boston, a business relations firm specializing in corporate branding, media marketing, and financial relations. In 18 months Noble House grew to over $7 million in annual sales. Mr. Timmons formed The Marana Group, Inc., a full-service marketing firm providing full-scale video production, graphic art design, print media ad-campaigns, web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, and intranet business solutions. These successes lead to the acquisition of Global Hosting Centers, the former home of AOL, in Central Florida. He remains active on the Board of Directors for Procise, Inc., a provider of video-based analysis of athletic performance and other motion-centric activities. Mr. Timmons sat on the President’s Advisory Counsel relating to tax changes effecting small businesses. He was selected Small Business Man of the Year in Florida in 2002.

J. Keith Money – Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Money is one of the Founders of F4W. He is a veteran of numerous successful technology startups. Prior to F4W, he served as President and General Director of World Commerce Online Europe (WCOE). Mr. Money was CMO of World Commerce Online (WCOL) the U.S. parent to WCOE. Additionally, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Chief Operating Officer of Roundabout Logic, Inc., and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Galacticomm, Inc. He also has held positions of significance with Packard-Bell, GeoWorks, MasterClip Graphics and Software Publishing Corporation.

Thad Bydlon - Chief Financial Officer
With more than 20 years’ experience in finance and operations, Thad Bydlon has led numerous emerging and Fortune 100 companies through early-stage funding, IPOs, and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Bydlon has diverse financial and operational experience, domestically and internationally, in advanced telecommunications technology, energy and other vertical markets. Most recently, Bydlon served as chief financial officer for Caerus, Inc. and Volo Communications, Inc., a VoIP telecommunications wholesale carrier and service provider. Before Caerus and Volo, Bydlon was chief financial officer for TeleComputing ASA, a complete IT-outsourcing Application Service Provider for small to medium size businesses, where he raised more than $80 million through private equity placements and an IPO during a down market. Prior to TeleComputing, Bydlon previously held numerous corporate and senior operating positions for ARCO, a Fortune 100 energy company. As treasury officer, Bydlon was responsible for leading ARCO’s record-size $3 billion IPO spin-off on the NYSE, managing a $400 million international commercial paper program, and heading up the corporate merger & acquisition team. He also served in a variety of senior executive positions worldwide, including vice president of ARCO’s Latin American operations in Venezuela, where he orchestrated the merger integration of ARCO and BP Amoco, and in Moscow as first vice president for LukARCO B.V., a joint venture with Russia’s largest oil company, Lukoil. Beginning his career, Bydlon was a PBX operating system engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Harris Chasen - Chief Engineer & Software Architect
Before joining F4W, Mr. Chasen was most recently an independent consultant who worked as a senior contributor for several major software implementations, including Oracle implementations at Wyse computer, Nelson Laboratories and Giumarra Fruit, and as an analyst at Verizon data systems. Previous to this, Mr. Chasen was the Senior Vice President of Software Development for Vizional Technologies, responsible for all product development for Vizional's software product offerings. Mr. Chasen developed a new logistics software product for Vizional Technologies’ major transportation client, Maersk Corporation. Mr. Chasen also led a team that developed and deployed a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) product and service offering. Mr. Chasen personally performed project analysis and produced solution design for an RFID system currently planned for deployment by U.S. Navy Fleet Hospital Support Office.Mr. Chasen is formerly Vice President and CTO of World Commerce Online (WCO), where he led new software design and technical direction for an international e-commerce company. Prior to WCO, Mr. Chasen held positions of significance with Answerthink Consulting Group, Oracle Consulting Services and Digital Equipment Corporation.
